MidBlock was formed out of a need to fulfill a void in Commercial Real Estate Development: half acre to 5 acre parcels in premium locations giving us, our investors, and our tenants security and stability in all markets. Our conservative approach to development allows us to select the best locations and the highest quality tenants for our centers.
